The Night We Were Kings

Awesome Animation:

The Night We Were Kings

Made in 2012 by five students Chloé Nicolay, Manddy Wyckens, Anthony Lejeune, Gaspard Sumeire, Léa Justum, "The Night We Were Kings" is a short, 2D animation about a simple journey of two lovers off to witness a breath taking view of the sun rise.
I ran into this animation while browsing webneel.com and this just really stuck with me because it reminded me so much of that special relationship. One where even in silence, there's an atmosphere of rich communication that's thriving due to this unexplained synchronicity. The two characters clearly have these greater ambitions than to be hung over, thus leaving the party (in the opening scene) and driving off to get away from the noise, away form the city, away from it all, to be alone together.
Pulling this story all together, the style this animation and the character designs were very well done. It a style I would like for some of the stories that accompany my songs.

....Prepare Your Anus!

Relax. Although "relax" my not be the work you're looking for, no preparation of the anus is necessary for what's to come I assure you. What you should prepare yourself for are the stories behind the music of Postac', my creative processes, adventures, and interesting art and music that's out in the infinite universe of the interwebs.

After years of dodging the subject of creating a blog, welp, it's finally caught a hold of me. And as I sigh to myself while I type this, I begin to think this might not be so bad considering I don't have to subject myself to expressions such as *Sigh* or lol on this platform, which is nice. On top of that, I guess instead of writing out my ideas for my music projects on loose pieces of paper, napkins, and other material that I will inevitably never find again, can now be documented right here!

I would stick around and chat, but it seems I will have to cut this post short since I've locked my keys in the car. They're hanging in the ignition mocking me, and I refuse to stand for such insults! This happened once before in the middle of a brutally cold night. Don't ask how or why, but I was able to successfully use a katana to break into my own car and detain the first time offender. Unfortunately, I do not have that amazing tool and will have to McIver my out of this one. Wish me luck!

While you wait, feel free to follow, like, listen to some of my work:
